The project is development of a 320ha prime located land into an Upmarket Mixed-Use Urban Precinct.

This project consists of the provision of approximately 120 000sqm High Density A grade office park, Multi-Level Upmarket Retail Component, High Density Upmarket Residential Component to accommodate a minimum of 600 two to three bedroom Units, Commercial Component, Health Club, Day Hospital, Recreational facilities and the integration of public open spaces.
